Sun, Sand and Ouch!
I know the sun and sand are great. but did you ever think of all the stuff in sand. I mean, really now. think of everything anybody could possibly bring to the beach, or for that matter, could dump in the drain. then it flows down to the ocean, then washes up on the beach. i was thinking about this the other day watching the beautiful water coming and going on the shore. beautiful on top and yuck on the bottom. know anything else like that. I’m sure you do. OK, so what does this have to do with first aid/ CPR. nothing. but it has to do with your health. just because the top or outside of you looks great, doesn’t mean everything is fine inside. so remember to get regular check ups, get your teeth cleaned, get your colon scoped. and all the other fun stuff you are supposed to do to keep your body in good shape. hey, maybe go to the beach for a run. just wash your feet real well when you are done!
